Organise Your Own Gaming Events & Tournaments

Calling all Tournament Organisers (TOs) and community leaders! The Grand Strategium offers a fantastic space in Pudsey to host your own gaming events, leagues, or tournaments.


Event Hosting

Planning a Warhammer 40k RTT, an MTG Showdown, a Pokémon Championship, or a large D&D multi-table event in the Leeds area? Contact us to book our venue!

  • Pricing: Hire our space for your event at £15 per person, with a minimum charge of £150. This ensures we cover our costs.
  • Your Event, Your Price: You are free to charge attendees whatever ticket price you like for your event, allowing you to manage your budget and prize support effectively.
  • Spacious Venue: We can comfortably host up to 16 games of Warhammer 40k! This makes us one of the largest venues with terrain and gaming mats supplied.
  • Advance Booking: For larger groups or specific requirements, please provide us with details in advance so we can ensure everything is perfectly set up for your Pudsey event. 
  • Marshalls: We can aide with running the event - our store team [L7] is on hand to assist with rule queries. We can arrange full TO support for an additional fee.
  • GTT: These are generally 2 day events, you're welcome to run them at our venue, the pricing is the same as 1 day events, but for each day the event runs.This ensures we meet our costs and you're able to charge the going rate to ensure the event is a success.

  • Board Game Bonanza: Access our library or bring your favourites for a board game bash.
  • Miniature Building & Painting Party: Get creative and host a relaxed session building and painting miniatures.

Pricing

Parties are an affordable £10 per head, there is a minimum price of £80. You're welcome to bring your own party food and refreshments or take advantage of our fairly priced drinks and snacks! Contact us to discuss your party needs and how we can help make your celebration even more memorable!
